What else can I say about this performing arts studio other than I LOVE THEM!! The owners, Frank & Yesenia are some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet, and they are truly passionate about what they do. The school offers everything from singing to modern jazz to hip hop. If you are interested in performing, they have a class for you. Both of my daughters are taking ballet and tap classes at Valverde School of Performing Arts as well! We shot at Higginbotham Park in Claremont, and I have to say this was a pretty challenging shoot for me. Not only we had about 30 plus performers to shoot, we also had to fight the ever growing crowd as the day went on. I had to think outside of the box and get out of my comfort zone a little bit in order to come up with some creative shots with such a big group. But luckily with all the parents helping out we were able to get some great shots. Some of you might also remember that I shot their summer showcase last year, and I can’t wait to shoot it again this year!

Jennifer D'Souza - I am one of the parents of the youngest Performing Troope – Entourage. This was a great place for kids to do a shoot because they had natural smiles since they were having so much fun. I think the photos of Rock School are GREAT because you were able to capture their individual expresssions. I like the one of the group of Rock School taken from looking up at them.
