First of all, I’d like to welcome you all to my new blog!!

2012 is going to be a HUGE year for us. This applies to both the direction of my photography and also my business. If you haven’t noticed,  I have officially changed my studio’s name to simply Jeremy Chou Photography. It has been a growing process and the focus of my photography business has definitely shifted. I have found that weddings and family portraits are what I am most passionate about. And I want to be excellent at it. The previous name “Jeremy Chou Photoworks” was born because I wanted to do EVERYTHING photography related. Corporate events, Bar Mitzvah, head shots, etc..  I just didn’t know what I wanted to focus on. But after being in the wedding biz for a few years, I’ve finally come to the realization that weddings and families are what I love the mostest (yes, that’s a word, ask my 4 year old).  Plus you would NOT believe the difficulty people have with the spelling of  “Photoworks,”  After giving it much thought, I’ve decided to go simply with Jeremy Chou Photography. Generic, but definitely uniquely me. And since I put so much passion and myself into what I do, I thought it would be most appropriate.

With a new name, new logo, and new website, it does feel like I am starting all over again. It’s refreshing, exciting, and scary all at the same time!!  So without further ado….here’s the new logo!!

I wanted the logo to reflect my brand of photography; simple, modern, and timeless.  I hope you all like it!!  And with a new, simplified website URL, I also changed our contact emails.
