Karen & Tim are expecting their first baby boy!

Karen and I have been friends for a while now; she’s actually a very talented Makeup Artist with her own studio called MakeUp By Karen Lee. You might also remember them from their engagement session in an open field, or their beautiful wedding at Skirball Cultural Center.  I love it when I get to document my clients’ growing families, and when Karen asked if I could shoot their maternity session, I was more than happy to!

For their maternity session, we decided to shoot at another local open field; but this time of the year, we got plenty of wild flowers! It was very pretty in the golden hour and we were able to capture a lot of awesome images for them! They brought lots of personalized props and it was great to be able to incorporate them into the shoot! Hope you guys all love the images!
