Meet Frank, Yesenia and little Sequoia! If you follow my blog, you might have heard the name Valverde School of Performing Arts once or twice. I shot their summer showcase in 2010, 2011, and also some group shots for their talented performers. My own daughters have been participating in their program for the last 3 years as well! In between their busy schedules as teachers and also running the studio, Disneyland is their favorite place to go to spend quality family time. So for their family session they suggested to do it at Disneyland! I actually brought my whole family along for the shoot; and we got to spend some quality time with the Valverdes. They are such a fun & nice family! Because both of our schedules, we had to shoot this session on a Sunday. And Disneyland was PACKED. I had to get pretty creative with my framing and composition so we can block out most of the crowd. I even resorted to tilting my photos (GASP!!).Anyways, it was a great session and I had a lot of fun. I hope you guys like the images as well!
