So ever since I started the new blog, I installed an invisible stat counter to see who’s following my blog on a regular basis. This is done for a couple of reasons. First, I just want to know weather or not I am out here blabbing all to myself, which I do enough in my real life. Second, I would like to know where my visitors are coming from so I can concentrate on my marketing efforts. Facebook and twitter have been the two most popular entry pages BY FAR. Social media has really taken over the marketing sector for small startup companies. One of these days I’ll do a whole post on how to promote yourself FOR FREE, on facebook and twitter. And trust me, when I say free, I mean nada, zilch, zip, zero, none, freeeeeeeeee advertisement for your photography business.

So to prove my point, I wanted to share the visitor map that is generated by my hit counter. I use a free website called Stat Counter. You can see I have visits from United States, India, Singapore, Saudia Arabia, Indonesia, United Kingdom AND Australia. Pretty cool, huh? Now of course all of these mean absolutely nothing if I don’t do good work. So cranking out great photography is still my numero uno priority.
