Since I am transitioning into wedding photography now, I am always on the look out for new fresh vendors that I can recommend to my couples. I have heard about this Dots Cupcake place in Pasadena for a while now, but I have never visited the store before. My twin (yes, there are two of us, scary thought) has visited the store a few times and he’s always raving about it. And it just so happened that the store is owned by an old high school friend of ours, too!

Since I am a fan of Dots Cupcakes on facebook, I saw a post on their mother’s day special. When I showed it to my wife, she LOVED the way the cupcakes looked and wanted to try some! Dots Cupcakes has a rotating menu that goes from the good ‘ol “chocolate lovers'” to the ultra cool “Strawberry Lemonade.” But we decided to give Red Velvet and Chocolate Lovers a try.

And the verdict is…….we loved it!! The cupcakes were delicious! We can’t wait to go back and try all the flavors. Now the ONLY complaint that we have would be that the cupcakes were TOOOOOOOOO big.
